New Sherman Twin Cam Rocker Covers By EMD

1snatch-rocker-box-covers2snatch-rocker-box-coversGive a new strong personality to your Twin Cam engine with these new Sherman Rocker Boxes designed and machined by EMD (Esteves Motorcycle Design)  The :Sherman” brand name is of course in reference to the battle tank used by the United States and some other Western Allies during World War II.

3snatch-rocker-box-coversThey are an easy and quick fix to the visually bland and boring HD factory covers. An industrial and brutish design that will work well with both old school and modern looking bikes. You will not ride faster but your motor will get a real edge with a new soul and charisma.

Made from die cast aluminum with CNC-milled gasket surfaces with identical dimensions and tolerances to OEM covers. For bolt-on installation, you can re-use the factory hardware. Offered in raw or “black cut”. An exclusive product from EMD. Special launch price of $249.00 for the pair for orders passed before October 31, 2015. My advice: at this price I would rush my order online at EMD USA or for more info call 818-268-3789.

Super clean softail! Who’s build is that? Dual Thunderheaders are a neat touch, too…
Have a few EMD pieces on my Twin Cam; very nice accent pieces and very well made.

    Great bike. Cool covers.

The best and cheaper way to customize an engine is to change the rocker covers. Great price at $249.00. You don’t get a pair of mirrors for this price from some aftermarket vendors…

The best custom part I have seen so far this year. Sales should be hot.

Love this Softail. Proof that a Twin Cam can become a great custom retro looking bike.

I’m with Dan Kessling on this. ‘The most interesting item I’ve seen in a while.
I especially like the XR-750 inspired rocker shaft ends.
At the extremely reasonable price, they deserve to sell many.
    Outstanding job EMD!

Something very cool for the Twin Cam. Not much was available. On their website some other very interesting parts if you surf the old school wave.

    I want a set and I don’t even own a twin cam motor . A +

The bike is badass. Now I can do a TC chop without being shamed.

I hate it when people replace the HD factory covers with copies of Pan or Knuckle on Evos and Knuckles. But an original cover on a TC, I say yes.

    I agree. Killer part.

I never thought that a military tank could inspire a motorcycle part. Until now. And it looks good.

Yum! The black ones will look great on my Fat Bob.

$249 & made in France, not China. Win-win. The raw casting really looks good.

…and sold by their own distributor in the US. Better price than giving money to a big catalog distributor whose reps, most of the time, can’t answer a basic technical question or simply don’t return calls

@sharkey: that softail was built by Veroland from Kickass Choppers, Jakarta, Indonesia.

i’ve seen the rocker box in person, and the castings was superb..!! kuddos to the EMD crew for their fine products.

Lord knows I need more soul and charisma… ;^)

  23. 23 Dyno101 Oct 26th, 2015 at 8:15 am

Looks like bikers are looking for new engine covers to make other bikers ask “what type of engine is it?”

  24. 24 Mike Oct 26th, 2015 at 8:35 am

Cool. Now I can pretend that the circle thingies on the covers have some mechanical purpose. That will make me feel cool.

  25. 25 Joshua Oct 26th, 2015 at 9:25 am

David King, don’t dream. Your engine will have more soul and charisma. Not you!
