I have been working on bikes for nearly 30 years and have seen Ultima stuff advertised everywhere the last several years, and I have never used an Ultima product… never.
Not because I don’t like them, but anytime I tried to purchase any of their products they have never been in stock. Never, and I mean never not once, ever. NEVER.
Perhaps it was just odd timing, or maybe the part I wanted was in high demand, if so however, I was never informed by a supplier the part I had wanted was restocked and ready for me to buy. Never, not once. So I finally lost interest in Ultima products and have decided not to ever ever buy any. Never, NOT ONCE.

Rarely buy using my midwest account anymore. I always have to tell ’em to give me Jireh’s price since Jireh sells to general public below my dealer price. F-em

I’m not a pro bike builder but there have only been two times that I could not get whatever Ultima parts I wanted, the first one was the Kool Kat wheels and I was told unavailable until further notice so I settled for some DNA wheels and the other time was when Ultima had a deal on a package of engine, primary belt drive and gear box. I wanted a 6 speed RSD unit and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks, sure enough 8 weeks later the gear box arrived in Sydney. Maybe Ultima make more money selling internationally, who knows.

We use Ultima parts at our little shop & have found their engines to be solid & strong. Never used the wheels but these look pretty cool..
