Later two bikers can be seen boxing in the BMW at a stoplight. A verbal argument turns into a physical confrontation. BOTH AT FAULT…

Yep…bike passing in right lane at 90mph= recipe for death
I’m guessing two in BMW are off duty Leo by his brazen authoratatative action
Knew the chick had a gun which gave him super courage
I learned from little leauge football …don’t fight people with helmets on …guess he may have just learned that too

All are wrong. The way people get killed for no good reason.

Unless there was a prior incident we don’t know of, the rider on the right caused it all. Car was doing a lane change to the right lane and the bike came up at stupid speed & saw a car coming over. After that it was all adrenalin & endorphins. Had the biker been able to accept that it was his own fault and simply ridden off glad to be unhurt, all would have been fine. Instead it was just monkeys on a football.

Ahhh, Florida and Youtube commenters, both full of drunk, violent, psychopathic roid-raging drug-fueled assholes. As usual, both sides were wrong and I’m wasting my time watching and commenting, just a sign of the dismal tide.

Riders like that give us all a bad name and are why we can’t get a reasonable conversation going about legal lane splitting.

Dangerous to ride in FL. Between the old folks and the texting, add drunken vacationers, a mix for trouble. Recently, a rider was murdered on Daytona’s Main Street over on the mainland. Start was confrontation in Main St bar, rider left, spring breakers (confronters) left, saw rider, driver said “I’m gonna kill that guy”. And visibly swerved, ran him over and scrubbed off the bike on Route 1 median! The borrowed van’s owner sang to the cops as did the other passengers. Extradition from Geogia forthcoming on murder charges. He is 18 years old!

    Spot on Woody’s…..

Those who ride like that are typically not anywhere near as good as they think they are. And more often than not are less than the sharpest knives in the drawer.

Drivers who engage such idiots are also playing with less than a full deck.

But then Mother Nature has a way of “fixing stupid”…. Sooner or later this problem will take care of itself. Its just too bad that the rest of us usually end up paying through insurance, taxes, laws…etc….:-(

    @ Andygears

Van Driver was in high school, now in Volusia county jail held without bond and charged with 2nd degree murder.

Moore will end up with life, in one of our fine state prison’s, without parole and “Motorcycle Bubba” will have him a nice new young lover when he gets there !

It’s another issue where both are at fault after the initial altercation with the bikers following the van and fighting again. Bikers and Spring Breakers @ 3:00am on Main St. should tell all alcohol added fuel to the fire. Read the Daytona Beach News Journal and speak with a couple LEO’s then you’ll know the rest of the story.
