I just sold that exact battery to a friend. He said it cranks his S&S 124 cid motor with ease. He loves it.
All of my bikes come standard with a Lithium-Ion Battery….I love ’em!

Why does it need a special charger? Will it accept 12VDC from the bike’s alternator but not a battery charger outputting 12VDC? Is there any protection circuitry on the actual battery (heat,balance, discharge/ charge voltage before and during charge)?
