The Round-The-World Spark Plug Holder

1spark-plug-holder2spark-plug-holderSpark plugs are the business end of the ignition system. And when they begin to fail at igniting the air/fuel mixture you may end up on the side of the road in a remote location with no new spark plugs to be found.

You can avoid the frustration carrying this Round-The-Clock (RTR) Spark Plug coming complete with a cold-forged, 304 stainless steel multi-tool which allows you to swap out your spark plugs without having any other tools on hand.

It mount at the top or bottom of any license plate, or on the backside of your license plate bracket as long as there is room. Simply unbolt your license plate, bolt the RTW Spark Plug Holder in place and thread in a spare pair of spark plugs. The wrench multi-tool includes a spark plug gapper, an inch and metric ruler, bottle opener, a straight screwdriver blade and 1/4″ hex driver(spark plugs not included)

3spark-plug-holderThere are two versions of the RTW Spark Plug Holder:

One for 14mm spark plugs, which are found on Harley-Davidson Panheads, Shovelheads, 54-85 XLs and 84-99 Evo Big Twins.

The 12mm version works for models with 12mm spark plugs such as 86-up H-D Sportsters and 99-up Twin Cams.

How many of today’s “bikers” even know why this was once necessary.
Let alone actually know how to use it….

Never heard of a “spark plug rapper”. I am familiar with its cousin the spark plug gapper.

    Spark Plug Rapper:

Spark plugs be hangin off the back of my plate.
Got all the tools I need when I break down late.
I coulda used a pliers to get dem witches out,
But wit da RTR tool I got mad biker clout.

I don’t need no other tools to fix dem bogus plugs,
Except the tools I need to get the tools unplugged.
So if you’re in a pinch and need to spread dat gap
Just holler at your boy with the spark plug rap.

    Word!

Love the rap! And the tool’s got a bottle opener, so I defy you to tell me it’s not useful. Except for us wannabe Sikhs with the stainless steel bottle opener/bangle.
