It looks like a giant hairdryer from the 70’s because its creator Rico Kersten loved the idea that one powerful radial fan could lift and move the vehicle/bike. Some wings on the bottom are used for steering and two big thrust reverse brakes stop it. The Beast Hoverbike was a winner in the Allegorithmics Contest with hope to be produced (or maybe not) in the second part of this century. But first, would be fun to see this solo pilot prototype on the road/in the air. Not yet…

Great imagination. Will it fly? really?
Hair dryers run hot!
I guess it was another joke of the week.
Needs some high powered laser-guns!
That is wicked neat. Would love to see video of it really flying.
You’d have to be careful not to drive to close to the curb. Someone’s pet poodle could get sucked into the fan when they were taking a leak on the lamp post.
Never ceases to amaze me how people
Have the time to build these projects.
How many hours out of the time we have
Left in our lives go into this? Guess at this point
In my life time allocation is important.
Player One…Ready?
Nintendo Theme Hover Bike…
GO!
I like it, but needs machine guns, some sort of buzzsaw device mounted to the front, and an extra long extension cord that won’t tangle all the time time like my wife’s hair dryer.
Will it float?
Which is why you’re spending your precious time commenting on an internet site, Cooldaddy51?
Hypocrisy is real, son.
Huh……………just………..huh.
Looks like it will suck animals and small children in rather easily.
Jetsons,here we come !!!
