S&S, still the absolute reference, but I was wondering. What happens to S&S when electric motorcycles invade the world?
IF electric motorcycle actually do invade the world, I’m pretty sure S&S will be on the cutting edge of battery and electric motor technology. I’m not getting rid of my dinosaur anytime soon though.
Is these a misprint here, or is 2007 Touring left out intentionally? The model years skip over 2007 Touring.
I’ve always found S&S products to work brilliantly and have used them for years. My current ground up build has many S&S components in the motor and my 1970 Shovel had an S&S 93ci donk put in and I rode it tens of thousands of trouble-free miles across Australia with total reliability. Top shelf stuff!
Another kit to fix inadequate performance.
@Glennrock at the bottom of their page they say “DOES NOT FIT 2007 TOURING MODELS” they would have to build a SKU just for this one year because in 07 the bikes had the new style chain drive cams with hydraulic tensioners but didn’t have the Throttle By Wire that was available 08-Up yet so it would be a mix of fitments.
Why does the photo show a single cam with 4 lobes, I thought this was a Twin Cam Kit ?
Boston Jim some 17s and all 18 are the m8 motors
