Antique Motorcycle Club of America Bike Show Hosted by Sunshine Chapter AMCA.  Monday March 12 at Rossmeyer Daytona Pavilion, Ormond Neach, FL. From 10am. Pre-1986 motorcycles only. Display only.  No formal judging. Show yours!

Tropical Tattoo Old School Chopper Show. Thursday March 15. Old School Bikes. 20 classes. From 11 am to 4 pm. MC Roadside Marty. Time proceeds go yo Veterans Home and Arni Foundation. Mark Brodie’s Peoples Choice American V-Twin Custom Bike Show. Thursday March 15 at Rossmeyer Daytona Pavilion in Ormond Beach, FL.

Boardwalk Classic Bike Show. Friday March 16. Sponsored by Full Throttle Magazine. On the famous Daytona Boardwalk this show is also a Bike Week staple/ From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., This event is FREE to the public. from 8 am to noon. 20 bike Classes compete for 55 trophies! Big Daddy Rat’s Hole Chopper Show. Saturday March 17. (46 years…) At Indian Motorcycle Daytona parking lot, 290 North Beach Street 386-454-3496. 16 Classes. All contestants must line up next to the curb on Dr. Mary McLeod between 7.30 and 9.30 am March 17 to receive your show card number and get in position for the show. Free to the public.

    the beauty of the essential v-twin. like the simple symmetry: cylinders/ carbs/ pipes. and not too overwhelmed by the presence of a big tranny case.

    Bike Week like Sturgis has become nothing more than the celebration of the inane complete with wanna be and has beens as well as a blatant marketing exercise who’s sole intent is to separate a fool from his/her money that much like a ‘ Dead ‘ concert only appears thrilling , good or fun thru the distorted lens of intoxication / inebriation .
