Even more advanced than a Harley V Twin. That’s fake news.
A lot of interesting bikes at that auction!
Peewee Herman would really like this bike.
Aerodynamics 101
Maybe aan early prototyyoe of the current Polaris Indian chief!????
I can’t imagine mocking any bike that won at the IOM, I’m not worthy (bowing) especially considering what some “state of the art” cars looked like in the late 40’s/early 50’s! Outstanding piece of racing history.
Kool
from the dust bin of history!
Woody’s is right. Not only was this bleeding edge technology of the time, but can you imagine the cajones it took to ride these on road courses like the Isle of Man inches away from stone walls and houses at full tilt! Amazing.
