True Bolt On 240 mm Wide Tire Kit For Harley-Davidson Bagger

Michael Long at Zeel Design has always been at the forefront of the rear wide tire conversion. And he is an expert at it. Not only on his outrageous customs, but also by installing true bolt-on wide tire kits on many Harley-Davidson models. Like this one letting you bolt on a 240 wide tire on stock Baggers. Good news, this kit allows you to retain all factory components from exhaust, brakes, tour pak, docking and backrest. It’s available for all HD FL’s from 1997 to 2008 and, of course, you keep your frame. No welding is required.. A new carbon fiber belt and a steel fender (smooth, OEM or custom with LED lights) are also included in price. The kit is absolutely complete and made in America. Price is $4595 (Add 450$ for custom fender with LED’s). Add $1000 if you have a 1997 or 2006 model for a transmission and primary offset kit. This 240 mm conversion requires one of their many special 18 X 8.0 wheels (they has a very small offset like on a stock Softail). And yes, the truth is that it takes about 2 days to do the job correctly. More by visiting Zeel Design.

Not cheap if you add the shop labor.
