Old Indians Never/Ever Die.

Each year on the 24th and 25th of July there is a “Old Indian Never Die Rally”  in Pebbleshire, Scotland. The Rally is one of the largest collection of vintage Indian Motocycles. Great images….

Wonderful! Great clip, great shots, great music and a successful conveyance of the unique feeling and spirit of it all. Apart from Levi’s. Coca-Cola and maybe Marlboro, there are few things more genuinely American than Indian. God bless the Scots for helping keep this legend alive!

The sound of a flathead is very distinctive. It’s sounds like it’s on compression release a little. There’s a reliable workhorse sound to the motors of both Indian and HD.
You can hear the flatness of the motor, without the top end roll-on (snap) of the OHV.

They’re all great machines to own and ride. One step up from a horse.
