    WHY??

There is a HUGE new group of riders out there that are into lowering the bikes to the point that they are almost unrideable (thank god for air rides, i guess), running extra large rims, adding I Pods and TV screens anywhere they can put them. These lids will sell. i am happy to see that HD is providing products for ALL of us. The landscape of riders are changing. The factory needs to get new, fresh customers. And, the new customers like loud stereos. It is not my thing, but it is in in demand enough for HD to pick up on it.

I am sure it will sell well. Hell, with all the loud systems out there, does anyone care about loud pipes anymore?

As a new bagger owner, I’m seriously considering these, they look like a lot of fun.

Mark, FWIW-these are aftermarket lids that re-use the H-D hardware, not items from Harley.

I love them! Can’t wait to see them in person.

Has anyone had experience with this product?
