Nash Designed Exhaust Pipes

nashpipes1nashpipes2Like with many true custom shops, the Nash Motorcycle crew has been fabricating all pipes of their one-off custom bikes. This simple shorty design getting a lot of requests, Taber Nash decided to get a hold of one of the best pipe makers in the industry, Tyler with “SikPipes”.

 Tyler hand makes these pipes to Nash specifications out of 16 gauge tig welded mandrel bent steel. All the pipes are mocked up on a bike for perfect fit before they are shipped out. They can be made to fit 84-99 Evos, 2000-up Twincams, 57-85 Ironheads and 86-up Sportsters.     I am confused. Is this the finished pipe? Not very practical if it is. I do love what Nash does but this is odd.
