A few of you like but the majority of you hate theme bikes. But did you notice that the vast majority of those built abroad have American inspired themes. Although the Tennessee whiskey Jack Daniel’s (the company disavows the classification of Straight Bourbon) has been the inspiration of a multitude of custom bikes in the US, very rarely in the rest of the world. So, I was surprised that this one was born in Germany whose national drink is of different color with a much lower proof…
I don’t have much to say about this type of bike except that it’s a stock 80” Harley-davidson Evo engine cradled in a custom rigid frame fitted with a stock Sportster gas tank, a FL oil tank, 19 x 2.5” front and 16 x 3 rear tire, 30” ape hangers, with for main qualities – the only ones from my point of view – some tricky fabrication to exploit the Jack Daniel’s theme to the last drop. Legal on the roads of Germany, but could not be ridden on Jack Daniel’s dry home county of Moore TN. (Photography copyright Frank Sander)
I think it looks pretty good. Really like the color. Never liked Jack Black…rock gut to me. Now if it were Crown!
Not taking away from this bike which is cool but John Shope’s Captain Morgan bike is the coolest ever. I mean, it has a CANNON for an exhaust! peace
over the last few years JD lowered the alcohol content to 80 proof making it more palatable to the masses
the bike is still not palatable
YAWN.
BORING !!!
Not a fan of Jack, Jameson is my budy, but I’m digging this bike. The colours are easy on the eeyes, and the stash tray is a nice touch.
So this is what…the one billionth jack daniels themed bike I’ve seen? Yawn. And knucklehead is correct, Crown is the way to go.
Did OOC build this bike?
lol, I have OCD and ADHA…I have a problem with spelling those. Ok! everything
bad to bone bike . jack is good too. left Me all alone a few time for sure. I think a t. m. coustom seat on this bike would realy be cool on it. bad co.
My Valkyrie is a Maker’s Mark theme bike-very smooth 😉
another stupid theme bike, hardly worth a mention here.
Blantons for me.
Bullet Bourbon or Bullet Rye for me these days but over the years I have probably paid for at least one of Uncle Jack’s warehouses on the hill in Lynchburg.
BTW Cyril, bourbon is only made in Kentucky. All other brown spirits are whiskey as far as I know. I’m not an expert but I study as often as possible. I could be wrong so I’m heading out to do some “research”.
Very true, Walt. Bourbon can’t be blended, has to be at least 50% corn, and aged in a new charred oak barrel. You can’t reuse ’em so most get sold to Scotland (filled with used underwear) to age Scotch 😉 Bulleit is good stuff, you’ll also like Maker’s Mark & Woodruff Reserve.
It all get’s you drunk! Ain’t that nice? All kinda WONDERFUL things happen then, Huh? Been there, done that! Wiz
How many Jack Daniel’s Theme bikes does the world need, wake me when something inspirational, inspiring and a one of a kind, a stand alone bike…..
Now if someone built a George Dickel theme scooter… way to go.
