Orange County Choppers And Paul Senior Are Back On TV With A New Series On CMT

Paul-SrProduction is slated to begin this Summer. ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS is a new 8-episode series produced by Pilgrim Studios and premiering on CMT later this year. The show follows Paul Teutul Sr. (“Senior”) and his team as they reach new extremes resulting in extreme custom motorcycles and of course, state-of-the-art drama.

“We’re thrilled to be back on television doing what we do best: building outrageous custom motorcycles,” said Teutul, founder of Orange County Choppers. “We have a lot of very cool projects coming up and can’t wait to deliver on this new partnership with CMT and Pilgrim Productions.”

Added Pilgrim Studios’ Craig Piligian, “Pilgrim’s relationship with Paul Sr. goes back more than a decade, and we’ve seen his creative and mechanical genius first-hand. We’re so glad to be working with him again and look forward to bringing OCC’s unique brand of excitement and inspiration to CMT viewers.”

In each hour-long episode of ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS, viewers get to see a completely different side of the OCC crew.  In addition to following the build process, they also watch the guys wreak havoc on the grounds, pull insane pranks and get into explosive blowouts.  Some fan favorites return along with plenty of fresh faces.

ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPERS is executive produced by Pilgrim Studios’ Craig Piligian and Sam Korkis, and CMT’s Jayson Dinsmore, Joe Livecchi and Julia Silverton.

Like herpies, you think their gone, then they show up again.

OCC needs TV to stay in the black IMO. The mass custom choppers and merchandise market has dried up and most companies are not willing to justify putting down 80k + for a promotional bike anymore unless their company get’s profiled to a potential audience of millions. Like Senior or not I don’t think he has much of a choice at this point but to swagger and yell in front of any camera that will film him.

    Agree with Highrider idea

Farming and tending to horses sounds all cock-a-doodle-do, until you find out that chicken ranchers never get a day off.

Proof that mustache is more appealing and entertaining than arrogant cake decorator Junior.

I was there when real choppers were being built….AEE Choppers circa 1971. Crap he builds are trailer queens and horrible. He is no mechanical genius nor designer, hell of a promoter though. Their style bikes are abortions of the worst kind and have demented some of our less bright builders in to building similar things. No way could they make it in the real world, no show, no OCC and that’s my dream.

  15. 15 TodT May 21st, 2013 at 12:21 pm

    Dear God…….

    takehikes : states,

    hell of a promoter though.

    1. Yes he is and it just burns your nuts knowing he is getting richer. 🙂 He will make you his bitch like it or not. :] He has your attention just like Madonna did maybe Justin Bieber

    2. Promotions like pet rocks, hula hoops, loud after market exhaust and HD . Guess who the buyers are ?
The same people who will watch this series and say they didn’t.

  20. 20 winterman May 21st, 2013 at 2:55 pm

If I werte to ride one of their abortions thru a corner like I ride my 110 powered springer softail I would slide thru it on my side due to the ungainly obscene frame and front forks!

  21. 21 MADrider May 21st, 2013 at 3:12 pm

Why just WHY? Can someone really justify putting this mindless garbage on TV. Haven’t watched CMT and this is another reason not to watch cmt. They have sucked that 15 minutes of fame already haven’t they?? It is better than watching his whinney spoiled never worked a day in his life kid, with even less talent.

  22. 22 d theberge May 21st, 2013 at 3:31 pm

man…more biki programming…spending millions for trying to make millions…good luck one more time…..hopefully this time senior should put some creative rides from when he was starting to ride…make stuff affordable ….realisticly use-able….can move across 52 states with no hassels…holywood is for dreamin….

  23. 23 Septic the Sceptic May 21st, 2013 at 5:42 pm

    I’ll watch it.

  24. 24 BobS May 21st, 2013 at 6:07 pm

I hope he makes a fortune. Not a single dollar will come from me, but that’s no reason not to wish a guy well.

  25. 25 Mike May 21st, 2013 at 7:53 pm

Oh God, I thought we were all free of these jokers.

I can’t wait to see them build some more crappy bikes with no suspension and air cleaners and other doo-dads shaped like a mailbox or power-tool made by some company that is foolish enough to pay them for it.

  26. 26 luis May 21st, 2013 at 8:11 pm

Junior must be mad. All JR ever posts on his facebook or twitter anymore are pics of old bikes that were on the show. He must be hurting for clients.

  27. 27 Snooz button May 21st, 2013 at 8:55 pm

No more Sr. No more Jr. Zack maybe, but he was born into the buis. I would like to see Matt Hotch building bikes on TV. He Kicked EVERYONE’S ASS on the biker build off. The CRAZY part is…… He’s a nice guy, no bullshit drama, just bad ass bikes.. Sr. Stay at home and play with your cows. Jr. You’re a joke!

  28. 28 hk May 21st, 2013 at 10:13 pm

like it or not if you are in the motorcycle industry stuff like this will continue to keep new people interested in bikes .

  29. 29 Septic the Sceptic May 22nd, 2013 at 12:28 am

Matt Hotch would have to stop chain smoking to get a full time gig.

  30. 30 Rick Lossner May 22nd, 2013 at 6:28 am

I’ve never been one to dis’ these guys… watched more of their shows than I’d like to admit.. but…

Damned… put it to bed already. I’ve about had it with all reality shows.. gotten out of control on all channels .. cars.. bikes…rednecks and housewives..

  31. 31 Dominique Baltus May 22nd, 2013 at 6:41 am

Agree with highrider!!! Enough drama at Tv news and in the “real” life

  32. 32 mack May 22nd, 2013 at 7:31 am

And if they offered u a show would you turn it down…..?
Why all the hate ..,…if it brings new customers to the industry use it to your advantage ….
Aren’t we all trying to make a little money ?…….keep bashing the successful and maby the customers will go spend their hard earned money on a boat or something
I was always told in business talk good about yourself never put the other guy down …people DO PAY ATTENTION………more bike shows on TV = more money Iin youur pocket …negativity = going broke
    Peace out

  33. 33 Bludog May 22nd, 2013 at 7:49 am

If there’s any doubt about the attention, look at the responses to this post versus the European bikes Cyril’s put up. OCC is like a wreck on the highway, you really don’t want to look but . . .

  37. 37 CW May 22nd, 2013 at 12:47 pm

YAWN,,,,,BFD, another reality show. What bugs me the most about them is the opinions every 2 min, and stupid abnoxious music. I have to say everytime OCC, or JJ is mentioned on this blog get alot of comments. A reck on the highway, perfectly put Bludog!

  38. 38 Blackmax May 22nd, 2013 at 6:00 pm

the ONLY reason I know anything about this is Cyril
I’ll be watching the paint dry !!!!!

    Not again………… 🙁
Some channel must be real hard up for content.

  41. 41 cooldaddy51 May 23rd, 2013 at 7:35 am

I’ve been in the biz full time since I started in 73 . Have to admit We built and sold alot of bikes during “the golden years”, and yes reailty bike shows fueled alot of the interest . So I have to give the teutals some credit. The drama was not needed. A guys soap opera ? What it did was it gave every guy with a handbox thinking they were a custom builder. I had guys coming in and telling me how they are building a custom. “This week” ! How hard could it be OCC builds and paints them in a few days! But thats OK we still sell a lot of parts to these builders but the end result is not registerable because they cannot pass DMV inspections. Bottom line is if the industry gets a boost again from the show bring it on……..we all need it. Just wish it was more of a focus on the build rather than the drama.

  42. 42 Scott k May 23rd, 2013 at 9:40 pm

This seems to be the channel where canceled shows go to try again. Now Sr joins the dynamic duo dog and beth. hell maybe they can form a band after all isn’t CMT supposed to be country music television?

  43. 43 hacksaw May 23rd, 2013 at 10:02 pm

way to much hate here. its just tv for christs sakes. get a life you naysayers!
i am not a fan of his tv builds, but if anyone really paid attention, they’d see his own off camera bikes are pretty nice. i’m not defending the funky drama crap, but the OCC clusterfuk has gotton embarassingly old. if one doesnt like the show, dont watch it. cant be more simpler than that.

  44. 44 edeee2 May 24th, 2013 at 11:05 am

cmt and pilgrim are desperate for viewers. These clowns are a joke! Good for the wannabee`s!

  45. 45 Santa May 25th, 2013 at 7:32 am

The show was ok in its time…Old now..and over..I hope my Armenian brother doesn’t loose his shirt on this production…Partiegashed…

  46. 46 Randy Aron May 27th, 2013 at 8:12 am

Skeeter and Rick are my hero’s.

  47. 47 mike May 27th, 2013 at 9:35 am

Look how this gets everyones blood boiling. O-Man i bet you all will watch it. All bike building shows are a shot in the arm for the custom bike industry. Face it ,we need any show we can get.

  48. 48 Rod May 27th, 2013 at 5:12 pm

    They SUCK!!!

  49. 49 Drummerdave May 28th, 2013 at 6:52 am

I actually thought reality television was cool in the beginning. Now it’s more bullshit than anything else. Most of it is either scripted or edited to make it a show. If CMT were smart they would start off a NEW series with building going on in SEVEARL shops. I did appreciate the Biker Builoff series that highlighted many talents rather than concentrating on one

  50. 50 Drummerdave May 28th, 2013 at 6:58 am

Sorry about the misspelled words in my last post.Where’s spell check when ya need it…lol
