Now you can build an ugly ass useless bike even quicker. Will it never end?

Let people decide what they want. Respect others taste.

Not my cup of tea, but if you were at Sturgis this year, it was obvious judging by the bikes rolling down the street that to many, it is. I agree that it is a fad and in a couple of years we’ll be ridiculing guys for some other type of set-up, but for now, I say make your money, Camtech! I’m betting these’ll sell.

I always respect peoples choice, but as for comments on their taste it’s open season.Looks like a kid’s big wheel trike for skiddin’ on a sidewalk.I would find it hard not to burst out laughing standing next to the thing.

For the oldest of the baby boomers with money to blow just to have a piece of conversation from driveway to driveway with next door neighbors. These overdone baggers will be as difficult to sell as the over-raked jet ski paint job choppers of years 1999 to 2006. Waiting for the death of these motorcycle monstrosities, some, like Camtech, pocket the money.

Perfect for old gray haired, overweight biker with adolescent urges.

i knew there was something primal about it, just couldn’t put my finger on it until someone remarked “it looks like a little kid’s big wheel trike. that’s it. now i know why i like it. damn these subconscious urges.

  15. 15 Mike Aug 22nd, 2013 at 10:15 pm

Wow. You actually pay these people to send you the parts to ruin your own bike. Gotta love this country!

This was done back in the 60’s using sulky wheels.
    Though on Choppers not Baggers.
It takes all sorts……and a few extras to make a world

the funniest thing about this post is Camtech and anyone else smart enough to join the party is laughing all the way to the bank. For every negative post made camtech is putting out another high dollar build for a happy customer to ride all day long and shipping parts on a daily basis ,im sure stretched saddle bags and tank wraps are selling a lot more than coffin tail lights and brass axle caps .If you havent ridden one of these bikes its easy to hate what you dont know …is it a ducati or r1 ? no …but it started out as a grandpa bike with no funk ,now people of all ages are modifying these touring bikes and getting high miles out of em .Keep on hating ,camtech and just about everyone else including the most harcore of “real chopper builders” are on the wagon until the ride is over .Cyril posts these thngs im sure because thats the face of the industry as it stands now ,and when the next greatest thing hits he will be right there on top of the trend .Be happy sites like this keep customers coming through all of our doors with the news good or bad ,your bag or not ,stop complaining about what your dont like and be the next trend setter or shut your yap everyone else is busy following the groove and keeping the beat .

I don’t get it has he updated his parts? When you got to his website you get this disclaimer

“All fiberglass parts are recommended for builders. Fiberglass parts may require fitment modifications for your specific project.

Our fiberglass is custom made in our shop for our custom builds then molded for production, projects vary from bike to bike so don’t assume a stock fit when ordering.”

Every bike and part fits a little different, which is understandable, to make claims like above well……

  21. 21 hk Aug 23rd, 2013 at 10:50 am

@1fasthd Fiberglass and plastic shrink and change slightly with each piece and each pull so they are just covering their ass for people who want to take the stuff out of the box and think its a perfect HD fit everytime ,I commend them for doing that ,no-one else in the industry seems to have the conscience to do the same ,especially in the aftermarket Harley parts game .

well harbor freight has lots of cheap air tools and grinding disks for them 🙂

  23. 23 1fastHD Aug 23rd, 2013 at 12:03 pm

@hk, I understand what you are saying. Just seems like the statements made in the article don’t go along with what is advertised currently on the website. I have put several “body kits” kits on, not all by camtech, but each one has taken a little work to get a nice fit.

@1550tc not sure about harbor freight.

Sometimes the emperor really doesn’t have any clothes on……at least some here are willing to point that out

  25. 25 badone Aug 26th, 2013 at 4:45 pm

These commentors are not harley people. They do not respect that harleys are off the shelf designed to be altered and customized so that is fits the owners. I don’t like 12 over front ends! So i have a bagger, the next guy has a bar hopper and so on. At lease these are “Harley” customization alternatives and not V-Twins. No harley lovers here.

Fiberglass doesn’t fit perfect all the time so do some dont!
He has both style kits fiberglass for the older models and NYB for Newer.
If you can’t build Legos don’t buy them..
Build custom motorcycle is not just bolt on..
Those guys I think are looking for kuryakyn!
These bike have so much u can do.. They ride smooth and they look sweet!
Choppers rider very hard and they do look good..
I have both. What I don’t understand in this industry is all the haters and whining
People out there.. Go watch re runs of general hospital for all that drama bullshit.
    People like Camtech, Dirtybird Industries,
Yaffee, etc… With out these guys there wouldn’t be a lot of options or cool shit out there..

  27. 27 In the know... Aug 26th, 2013 at 6:31 pm

LMAO…some of you keyboard vigilantes are pretty funny. Get your ass out of the local chit hole bar you’re hanging out at, take the duct tape off your seat (and from off your eyes for that matter) and take a look at what’s going on in the industry. Cameron is building some of the cleanest bikes out there and yes…laughing all the way to the bank.

Nobody likes those stupid Members Only jackets most of you are still wearing, nor your “Lone Wolf” leather jacket you bought from Hot Leathers at the last rally….but you’re still wearing them.

Never you mind…you cheap asses go buy your Kuryakyn…just be prepared to buy it twice since you were too cheap and narrow minded to see the merit in buying something AMERICAN MADE.

    Keep on truckin’ Cameron…
