Every 2 years, artist David Uhl adds a new painting to his Women of Harley-Davidson collection. The series started in 1998 with “Ruby”, followed by Ruth, Evelyn, Stella, Rose, Gloria, Pearl, Betty and now “Jessi”, featured here for the 1st time. “Jessi” was inspired by the WAVES of WWII, women who proudly served in the US Navy. With a WWII SJN T-6 Texan in the background, Jessi Combs (fastest woman on 4 wheels) was the model and Jim Wear (Rocky Mountain Motorcycle Museum) provided the 1945 US Navy Edition Harley-Davidson. The canvas giclee prints are now available for purchase. Each one will come hand-signed and numbered with Certificate of Authenticity.
Jessi will be displayed at Uhl’s galleries in Vegas and at Barrett-Jackson through January 19th. For orders placed by the 19th, David is extending a 10% discount on the prices below:
* Image size 32×24, edition of 150 plus 25 Artist Proofs and 25 Hors d’ Commerce – framed price $1,895

Very nice.
Once again David ….OUTSTANDING!
Nice. Just to point out, it’s a Navy paint job and that would make it an SNJ. The army air corps (air force) flew AT6’s.
One of those paintings you could sit back and look at all day long!
Great Job!
For those who want to know more about Jessi Combs. One of the fastest rising stars in the world of motorsports and custom fabrication. Obviously also a great centerpiece for a world-class painting by one of the masters. Congrats David and Jessi. http://www.jessicombs.com/Awesomenss/The_Story.html
