I’ve watched a couple of episodes and it’s pretty lame. The video preview here was real lame when he put on a full face helmet — if you’re going to be badass, that’s not the way to do it (a skull cap maybe, but not full face). If you want a good show with an actual plot and some badass looking and acting players, the Sons of Anarchy has set the standard.

  2. 2 Rodent Feb 2nd, 2014 at 11:31 am

    Terrible show, I’ll pass!

  3. 3 Chaos Feb 2nd, 2014 at 11:35 am

HD rider are you serious….bad ass wear skull caps and sons of Malachi set standard…first most all club riders are sporting full face helmets these days, because they offer more protection from the elements and you can’t identify who’s under them. Second SOA IS A BS fake show just like these clowns on the devils ride. This is a scripted, and poorly I might add tv show, these guys my be “bikers” but this is no true world club show. I wish someone on the west coast would beat these dicks down….now that would be good television I’d even do pay for view on that.

    Reality????? Funny!

  5. 5 James just another crazy kiwi Feb 2nd, 2014 at 2:15 pm

All these shows are just fantasy but the problem is the general public and many Motorcyclists don’t seem to realise it.
We have a proliferation of people putting on colours at the moment.
Most have no idea of the real culture. We have clubs including American ones turning up via Australia opening Chapters all over the place.
Colors once hard earned are getting handed out like Halloween candy.
It will all get very messy

  6. 6 Reall? Feb 2nd, 2014 at 4:08 pm

Is this show for real? There was an episode in which somebody had their bike trashed outside a bar. They rides up on a HD bagger and the bike magically transforms into an 80’s Goldwing.

  7. 7 JackS Feb 3rd, 2014 at 6:35 am

Bad TV. Really, really bad TV.

  8. 8 Doc Robinson Feb 3rd, 2014 at 7:31 am

I find it hard to admit, but for once I am 100% with Rodent.

  9. 9 Smittydog Feb 3rd, 2014 at 7:57 am

    Not worth the time.

  10. 10 oldfart Feb 3rd, 2014 at 9:12 am

Real inspiring for all wanna be tough guys. Would rather spend time riding than watching not so real tv.

  11. 11 pokergolf420 Feb 3rd, 2014 at 9:44 am

Reality? If it’s “reality”, why his he “acting” as Prez Rockem? Saw about a minute of the show, total joke.

  12. 12 Chingon Choppers Feb 3rd, 2014 at 10:02 am

WHAT A DAMN SHAME. TATS AND GOAT TEES DONT MAKE YOU A BADD ASS.

  13. 13 kevin boyle Kustoms Feb 3rd, 2014 at 10:15 am

I AGREE WITH KIWI! I personally know a full fledged top and bottom rocker member in a new club that 2 years ago could not even handle his 550 whatever and crashed it a few times …NOW HE IS STRAIGHT UP “BRO”…LMAO

  14. 14 kevin boyle Kustoms Feb 3rd, 2014 at 10:18 am

it is NOW FASHION !!!!!!!!!or “BIKER FASHION”
SAD to see what I do and love become this …but TV has ruined tattoos and biking
next will be a bike “GANG” that only has full throat and hand tat’s nothing else …the LOOK AT ME ERA has begun

  15. 15 Blackmax Feb 3rd, 2014 at 10:24 am

I was hoping to see the end of this
But I will watch the kayfabe (totally fake, like WWE)
“Laughing Dumbells” & “the Sissy Mob” go at it again.
Lord, help me !!! A slap in the face of real MC’s everywhere
    But the bikes are nice.
At least I have not seen their marketing put fake “cuts” on anyone yet,
    unlike the “Sons of Asswipes”

  16. 16 A 1 MIKE Feb 3rd, 2014 at 10:27 am

SAY WHAT YOU WANT ABOUT THE TV SHOW…RALPH RANDOLPH IS A GREAT BUILDER, FORMER MARINE, AIRLINE AND HELICOPTER PILOT…BUT MOST OF ALL A STAND UP GUY..REMEMBER ITS TV. NOT REAL LIFE

  17. 17 Mike Feb 3rd, 2014 at 11:11 am

Discovery don’t care if you hate it, as long as you’re watching it.

Ignore it, and it will go away.

  18. 18 Freddie Feb 3rd, 2014 at 11:15 am

Notice that Cyril wrote “reality” between quote and quote. he Knows…

  19. 19 Joe Mielke Feb 3rd, 2014 at 11:22 am

After viewing the movie “Why We Ride” last week we had a conversation at the shop that focused a little bit on this. All of us here wished more people were exposed to the “Why We Ride” movie rather than SOA or Devil’s Ride.
    Joe

  20. 20 Jusmecuz Feb 3rd, 2014 at 11:38 am

The ‘Reality’ here being- these guys are puppets and those colors weren’t earned by any means.
At war for dominance on the street? LOL… I guess John Q. Public is buying that BS…whatever sells man.
As long as they keep that BS out west cuz those boys wouldn’t make it a day here down south.

  21. 21 BCinSoCal Feb 3rd, 2014 at 11:59 am

Where did all these “hardcore” tattooed up pencil dick “Bikers” come from, they must be watching SOA and believe it to be real! FLASH, Insider news has it that this season the Laughing Lames are bringing in Honey Boo Boo as a prospect……OH NO, we already have to many wannabes here in SD! Just don’t watch, maybe it will go away!

  22. 22 celtdad Feb 3rd, 2014 at 12:00 pm

If anybody even thought they might be real in San Diego, the HAMC would have a few more nice bikes and the actors would be among the missing

  23. 23 Bob D. Feb 3rd, 2014 at 12:37 pm

I can’t believe this show has come back for another season. Who consistently watches a show this stupid??

I really wanted to like a TV show about motorcycles, so last year I tried to watch two different episodes of this show. I turned off my set halfway through the second episode I was attempting to watch, embarrassed for the participants and for the motorcycle world in general. I feel badly that a good guy is apparently one of the “stars,” but everything about the show is just terrible.

  24. 24 Cris Sommer Simmons Feb 3rd, 2014 at 1:05 pm

Maybe Discovery will wise up and do a remake of our 1996 Biker Women TBS documentary. Real women, real riders. The four of us are getting together for a ride up the coast of CA this summer. Nuff said. No BS, just the ride.

  25. 25 KneesintheBreeze Feb 3rd, 2014 at 1:36 pm

I have a question for the guys in SoCal… do these dudes actually ride around your cities wearing their “cuts”? I know Rusty did a cameo on the show, so maybe that gets them a pass.. but I have to wonder if the other real clubs in that area just sit back and allow these posers to fly their bullshit colors.

  26. 26 domino Feb 3rd, 2014 at 2:07 pm

    Bottom Line ..,….

There are those who say they are … and there are those who are …

    Domino Dave

  27. 27 Zipper Feb 3rd, 2014 at 2:39 pm

To HD Rider, every rider who drag races, moto x, gp, super bike, flat track etc. or has a brain worth protecting can never be a bad ass. Like they say five $ brain five $ helmet. ..Z

  28. 28 Terence Tory Feb 3rd, 2014 at 3:24 pm

Television marketing strategy works just like the selling of cheap booze. After a while you don’t care about quality,as long as something is down your throat, while you sit down and stare in to space.

Whoever coined and pumped the phrase “reality TeeVee” needs to be sent to a desert island to see if they could survive the “reality reality”.I think I’m onto something here,I could call it “Survivor” maybe?

  29. 29 GD Feb 3rd, 2014 at 3:29 pm

amazing how many sheeple believe all this is true and not scripted

well SOA has only one year left so I guess we will be seeing all kinds of jerk off copy cats popping up soon

  30. 30 1550tc@ Feb 3rd, 2014 at 4:09 pm

. I wish someone on the west coast would beat these dicks down….now that would be good television I’d even do pay for view on that. –

Somebody in TV Land should call Chuck Zito and create such a series ASAP!!

  31. 31 David King Feb 3rd, 2014 at 5:20 pm

    Cris, we could only hope…

  32. 32 1550tc Feb 3rd, 2014 at 6:20 pm

Joe M thanks for the reminder on “Why We Ride”

I cant believe we are yakking about these two shows on the breath 🙁

  33. 33 BCinSoCal Feb 3rd, 2014 at 6:38 pm

Yeh Cris, would be fun to watch you, Gev and the girls riding again.

  34. 34 Sharrack Feb 3rd, 2014 at 8:55 pm

THIS SEASON IS DIFFERENT !!! THEY HAVE GUNS NOW !!
    IN KALIFORNISTAN??? Total BS !

  35. 35 Gut Feb 4th, 2014 at 6:35 am

It’s funny that u all comment about this show saying its fake. But just for all u to say that must mean u watch it therefore your all fake!! Get a fucking life.

  36. 36 Gut Feb 4th, 2014 at 6:37 am

All u guys say this show is fake so then that must mean u watch it to know its fake therefore your all fake. Get a life.

  37. 37 celtdad Feb 4th, 2014 at 2:23 pm

    Hey Gut,
When this show came out I watched about 15 minutes worth of it’s drivel. Most of the bikers I know who watched it lasted less than 2 episodes. However, those without DVR still have to sit through the commercials and that’s enough to show most people just how fake this show is. It sounds like you must really enjoy the show from the way you are trying to defend it. I also think we know who really needs to get a life, buddy.

  38. 38 spaz Feb 4th, 2014 at 3:17 pm

the worst part is that it’s scripted and STILL so, so boring! Geez, if you’re going to write a tv show, and the premise be that it’s in the style of a reality show, why then is it still so incredibly (yawn) boring? We all no SOA is a tv show, but at least it’s interesting and we enjoy watching it. This show offers nothing in the way of entertainment.

  39. 39 spaz Feb 4th, 2014 at 3:18 pm

    “Know” -sorry!

  40. 40 StillChoppin74 Feb 4th, 2014 at 5:58 pm

Ralph Randolph got a REAL right hook!!!

  41. 41 Brett Feb 4th, 2014 at 6:21 pm

Not understanding the hate for SOA & why anyone would even think it’s real??? It’s a TV Drama, just like Justified or Walking Dead or the Sopranos…just set in a bike gang…big deal. I don’t watch Justified & think I’m a U.S. Marshall.

However, this POS, the Devil’s Turd….good God. This is what happens when people watch all of Discovery’s Outlaw Biker gang Gangland shows about the fed infiltrating the Outlaws, or Mongols, or Hells Angels. They find out people like thoise shows, but there isn’t enough to Keep their Gangland series going…so they have to make up a full series about it. With all the good shows that didn’t last, can’t see how this thing or OCC keep going. Who the Hell watches them?

  42. 42 Cochise Feb 5th, 2014 at 10:49 am

Well……………….Rock’em got bloodied up & that may have been staged, but not a fake punch!

  43. 43 McGillicutty Feb 5th, 2014 at 1:41 pm

A fake reality show. Who’da thunk?

  44. 44 Kevin Feb 5th, 2014 at 11:20 pm

Brett thank you for finally mentioning something about the hate on SOA. When i watch the Sons I know I am watching actors (who admit they are acting) unlike the fools on this shit show. I will admit that I watch this show and professional wrestling. I know both aren’t real. I watch them the same reason other people watch them. To escape from reality. Which is the main reason that entertainment exists.

  45. 45 Bean're Feb 6th, 2014 at 9:22 pm

If the network and producers would allow Ralph to be himself and knock a few people out, the show would be a whole lot better. Semper Fi Ralph

  46. 46 Mdsphoto Feb 8th, 2014 at 8:55 am

I will watch Anything on tv to do with bikes, but this show is totally unwatchable!!

  47. 47 Paul Feb 8th, 2014 at 8:22 pm

Yes this show is totally cheezy and staged, but its entertaining to me for some reason. Its so bad, its good. Just curious, who was the MC that supposedly took the cuts of the 2 clubs prez? All they referred to was “one of the baddest MC’s on the planet”

  48. 48 Javi2024 Feb 9th, 2014 at 12:37 am

I live in San Diego lived here my whole life east county to be exact and I have never in my life seen anyone wearing a laffing devil or sin mob cut. And I’m always all out and about, u think I would have seen one person wearing something of them. But I’m not gonna hate, the only thing that bugs me is there giving San Diego a bad name..

  49. 49 J.H. Feb 9th, 2014 at 9:55 pm

Real or fake, the show was created for the “citizens” and wannabes, not Bikers. Some dude punch you in the face and you do nothing about it, show no mud, what’s with that. And all he got was a shaving cut. Give me a brake..They all might have got the shit beaten out of them, at least they would have self respect, and respect for standing up from the “Club” that did the beat down. IMHO the Wild Hogs showed more class.

  50. 50 Waynebo Feb 10th, 2014 at 12:55 pm

    Hey morons….check out who the main producers of the show are and you will get your answer;

    Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television, LLC

Eric Bischoff…same fag who does the WCW and WWF.

    Enough said.

  51. 51 krazyk Feb 10th, 2014 at 8:12 pm

This show may be fake but I rather watch a fake show with bikes in it then those fake azz m.t.v or vh1 reality shows

  52. 52 Stardust Feb 11th, 2014 at 12:27 am

Who took the Prezes cuts? I was told it was the HAMC!

  53. 53 Blackmax Feb 16th, 2014 at 10:56 am

By the way, if you want to know how REALLY fake it is
“Danny Boy” was at the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati, last weekend, selling sunglasses
i thought it was him but I was not for sure, but it was.
funny if you’re in the middle of a war & you can take timeout to sell sunglasses

  54. 54 Cdawg Feb 19th, 2014 at 5:01 am

So the “F” what if SOA isn’t as real as real life!!! It’s “F”ing TV. At least they are not pretending it’s real like the Devils…. I’d much rather watch either show then 99% of the other BS on TV. Go watch reruns of Opra ya bunch of critical bitches!!!

  55. 55 Bob Mar 2nd, 2014 at 7:51 am

I have been riding for about 40 yrs. My wife And I think this show is a bad comedy

  56. 56 peter Mar 3rd, 2014 at 11:45 pm

This show is hilarious, example- the season opener tonite the devils supposedly rival the sinister mob, so sandman is all jacked up to go kick the mobs butt rallying his guys at their clubhouse and he’s wearing a cap that says ( SINISTER ) on it really!!!! i think these guys were kicked out of motorcycle clubs because they couldn’t cut it so they decided to make mockery of real motorcycle clubs.

  57. 57 Vinko May 3rd, 2014 at 11:53 am

Does anyone know how old is Sandman???
