I’m not a marketing specialist . I own and love S&S motors . To sell more products , offer direct sales to the public and lower pricing . S&S cost is the reason there isn’t more motors going out the door . They are worth the cost . But are out of most guys reach . You can buy a whole bike for less than a crate motor and have gas money left over . Good luck S&S . Times are a Changing . John – Hardtail Choppers

I hired David 22 years ago as my Art Director for Performance Machine. He was instrumental in the growth and development of the PM Brand for over 10 years and did an outstanding job. It’s difficult in this industry to find a person with David’s talent and creativity and be a knowledgeable hardcore motorcycle enthusiast. He took the Burly Brand from nothing to a multi million dollar brand and continued the upward growth of Progressive Suspension. I know David will be a great asset to S&S, Congratulations.

Dave is a great guy and very good at recognizing growing markets and getting to them before the rest of the tag alongs figure it out and jump on board. But Ted, to be fair, when Burly was under White Brothers it was doing over a million a year with zero marketing effort and outdated and scarce advertising. So, I wouldn’t say it was exactly “nothing”. But Dave did completely transform the brand and make it new and hip. Which, it was definitely not before. I’m looking to see that same change from S&S.
