On January 3rd, I introduced you to Blitz Motorcycles, a group of 3 Parisian buddies (Fred Jourden, Hugo and Leo) sharing the same passion for the old Harley 750 XR, Yamaha 125/250, Kawasaki W650, Triumph, BMW on which they work after hours with for inspiration the restored/modified custom bikes from Japan & Australia they read about in magazines. They work for friends building and rebuilding only what they like, always on a shoe string budget. But there is the reward, the RIDE. They sent me this very nice short video. In France they are about to run out of roads…So I told them that it’s time they come here to ride the big landscapes of the American West. (refresh your browser if video doesn’t load immediately)

Thanks Cyril. I love when you give us a glimpse of what’s going on abroad. Motorcycling is one world.
Thanks Cyril. Awesome clip and cool bikes. My students noticed several of their custom touches. Great stuff guys.

Great video! Reminds me of when I was a kid riding my 1974 Indian enduro through the farms and fields near my folks house. No money back then, so you just found a way to keep it running. Love my “new” bikes now but this video makes me want to get an old jap bike just to put around on…
Great video, makes me want to get out of the shed!
That’s what it’s all about Baby! Just havin’ fun on them two-wheeled machines. No difference what make they are ’cause the thrill is the same. Not posin’, just ridin’! I love it! Hey Darin, one of yer guys contacted me last week to come ‘an rattle your class. I’m still here for ya! Thanks for the Feel Good video. Wiz
Those days went by too quickly my friends. Spend my time trying to reclaim those days now.
Cyrill, pretty shreded, inviting those Dood’s to America. You will have them Working for you……There aien’t No Working for enough to Ride. They will get caught up in the same Trap….. as well all are in!. We owe, we owe so off to work we go and maybe we can ride to Work.
There have been many great things created in this world by people due to the lack of money. The lack of money usually breads innovation and good friendships.
That’s what it is all about….open road, food, wine, fresh air, friends, oil, gasoline. I want to ride…..
far the f —- out its great to see guys just living life and having a great time again far out .
Hi Cyril,
I officially reply to your invitation: riding the great spaces of the US is something we dream to do.
I’ve already lived a bit of it buy driving on the PCH on an oldtime Triumph T100 Daytona (from 1963 ; the one you can find pictures of on our website) 2 years ago.
We just have to work on the budget 🙂
But I promise you: if this is to happen, expect a visit from Blitz Motorcycles’ crew.
And I am a man of his word!
Cheers and keep up the good work.
Fred
