New Bolt-On Screamin’ Eagle 110 Stage III Street Performance Kit

SE-Bolt-On-110-KitYou can transform a Twin Cam™ High Output 103 powertrain into a fast, reliable 110-cubic-inch Harley-Davidson® Twin Cam™ hauler for Softail® and Touring models – without removing the motor from the chassis or losing the factory warranty.

The Screamin’ Eagle® Bolt On 110 Stage III Street Performance Kit (P/N 92500035 Black Highlighted, $1,849.95) from Harley-Davidson® combines system-matched Screamin’ Eagle® big bore cylinders, high-compression pistons and performance cams and valve train components with the Original Equipment cylinder heads for a boost in torque and performance.

The bolt-on 4.0-inch cylinders are engineered with slim-wall spigots that slip into the factory crankcase without machining. The 4-inch flat-top pistons and stock cylinder heads produce a performance-enhancing 10.4:1 compression ratio, and the high-lift SE-585 cam produces a boost in torque throughout the RPM range. When installed by an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer at the time of vehicle delivery, this kit does not impact the vehicle’s limited warranty.

The Screamin’ Eagle Bolt On 110 Stage III Street Performance Kit fits 2016-later Softail® and 2014-later Touring models, but does not fit Trike models, Softail Slim S and Fat Boy S models, CVO™ 110 models or engine cases that have been machined to accept large-bore cylinders. All EFI-equipped models require dealer-installed ECM calibration download or use of Screamin’ Eagle Street Tuner Kit (priced separately). Labor cost is not included. See an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer for details.

The Kit includes the following components:

• Screamin’ Eagle 4.0-inch bolt-on cylinders
• Forged 10.2:1 compression pistons and rings
• SE-585 cams
• High-performance valve springs
• Perfect-Fit pushrods
• High-capacity roller tappets
• Top end and cam cover gaskets
• Heavy duty clutch spring

Curious why it doesn’t fit down to 2006 Dyna and 2007 FL/Softail? The stroke is the same as well as the case bore size. Could it be the warranty?
The engines should be able to accept all of these parts
    Anyone out there know?
As a side note, I find it amazing that the cylinders drop on and allow the 4″ bore. Used to be that 3.938″ was the biggest bore while using Nikasil cylinders.
You gotta love more displacement without total engine teardown.

Just guessing here…but maybe because HD hasn’t submitted emissions data for pre-14′ engines?

My understanding is, because HD is classified as a vehicle manufacturer, their parts needs to play by different rules then aftermarket companies who only offer parts. So Screaming Eagle part design is bound by emission standards because they could be potentially added on to a new/unsold bike.

Sure is nice to see Vic and Harley heat up the performance of the cruiser motors. Bobby likey.

Very nice – around 110 lb.ft plus from roughly 2500 – 3500 rpm not bad at all for a de facto factory standard.

I am however not sure what you plan to do with it in a Softail – eg a frame that is as wobbly as geezer-d1ck.

Yes, a mammouth touring-tank, will be grateful for every lb of ft pulling – a Softy, naaaa, serves no meaningful purpose.

That leaves the burning question. HD’s performance model is the Dyna. It has the lone Low Rider S. I have not met or read about a soul that has not raved about the Low Rider S, but the Low Rider should be “re-called” and named, the Short Rider. I just cannot comfortably fit my 6′ 8″ biodegradable mass into the LR. Boy here wants a Wide Glide S – come on HD, some of us are limited by the Traffic Gestapo, re. aftermarket choices…

agree with Sigfreed, and for me that would be a great Fat Bob powerplant ☺

The 110 is coming to ALL of the regular H-D line-up soon !!
The new 120 RT is going to be the engine of the CVO line ….
    Bet on it !!!
Love the competition / displacement wars, better for us !!!

An entirely new engine platform is coming to all of the regular HD line-up soon. The Twin Cam as we know it is on its last legs.

    Bet on it.

STEAL YOUR FACE to answer your question the reason it’s not offered is because you have to buy a stroker fly wheel to go from an 88 cubic inch motor to a 96 cubic in, or a 96 cubic inch to a 103 but , the 103 high out put to 110 use the same fly wheel.
