Being the lead rider in a group is an aggravating factor making you partly responsible for speeding offenses of those behind you according to the decision. The ruling can be applied in any future cases where two or more motorcyclists riding together are accused of speeding. It’s impossible to describe in a few words, but it’s owned and built by Diverse Paul. It’s a turbocharged, supercharged Honda Firestorm, and everything (with the exception of the front end) was built as a one-off by Paul in his small work shop in his spare time. In my own judgment, Harley-Davidson has produced via local country advertising agencies, very good and very bad commercials. At least, each campaign is adapted to the specifics of each culture. Here is a Harley print magazine ad that probably could never have been run in the US, but only in a country where sensuality is exemplified (like in all latin countries). Harley CEO Asks Washington To Remove Business Barriers

Yesterday Wednesday new Harley-Davidson CEO Keith Wandell was in Washington with other business leaders to participate in a meeting organized by the Obama administration to define a new US manufacturing framework. As you know the USA has lost a lot of jobs, and disproportionately, those jobs have been lost in manufacturing. Keith Wandell called on officials in Washington to help change trade rules and ease other burdens to make it easier for Harley to sell motorcycles. Wandell said that tariffs impede sales in other countries (today about 1 out of every 3 Harleys is sold abroad). He asked that American companies have access to sell products in other countries and aren’t unfairly undercut by foreign competition in the United States.

Opened 14 months ago, The Milwaukee Iron Horse Hotel, the 1st st. world-class motorcycle-themed luxury hotel became reality. Located close by the Harley-Davidson Museum, the hotel is now facing serious financial difficulties. Tim Dixon, the developer acknowledged that he owes creditors about $1.2 million. He said he has told them that he expects to begin making payments in May 2010 when the $22 million project is expected to begin to make enough money. To avoid agreement, Dixon’s company is looking for forbearance agreements with its lenders. Anyone at Harley thinking that motorcycle tourism business is a good investment?
